Himachal Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Board Hamirpur - Notification (May 2013)/vacancies

Himachal Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Board Hamirpur has invited applications  for the below mentioned posts under the Government of Himachal Pradesh.  The applications should  reach the Secretary, Himachal Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Board,Hamirpur (Himachal Pradesh) PIN-177001on or before 20th June, 2013.  However, for the candidates residing in Lahaul & Spiti District, Kinnaur District, Pangi & Bharmour Sub-Divisions of Chamba District and Dodra Kwar Sub-Division of Shimla District of Himachal Pradesh, the last date for receipt of applications is 05thJuly, 2013.The applications received after these dates will not be entertained.

 Documents to be sent with the application Form :
  • One window envelope (made available in the packet of application form) after affixing postal stamps of Rs. 6/- or of prevalent rate.
  • One passport size recent photograph (Not to be attested) of the candidate pasted on prescribed box in the Application form.

General Instructions:


  • The candidate must apply on the prescribed Application form costing Rs. 320/- (For General Category) and Rs.110/- (for reserved categories) obtainable from the Post Offices/ Sub-Post Offices.
  • Separate Application form should be used for each post code & only one Application may be sent in one envelope.

UPSC NDA & NA (II) Notification 2013 for 355 Vacancies – Apply Online !

Reserve Bank of India - Recruitment of 37 Research Officers & Managers.

c. Rajbhasha Officer in Grade ‘A’ *
Requirements:
(i) Second Class Master’s Degree in Hindi/Hindi Translation, with English as one of the subjects at Bachelor’s Degree level; OR (ii) Second Class Master’s Degree in English with Hindi as one of the subjects at Bachelor’s Degree level; OR (iii) Second Class Master’s Degree in Sanskrit/Economics/Commerce with English and Hindi as subjects at Bachelor’s Degree level (In lieu of a subject of Hindi at Bachelor’s Degree level, one may have recognized Hindi qualification equivalent to a Bachelor’s Degree); OR (iv) Master’s Degree in both English and Hindi/Hindi Translation, of which one must be Second Class.

d. Manager (Technical – Civil) in Grade ‘B’ **
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent grade in aggregate of all semesters/years.

e. Manager (Technical – Electrical) in Grade ‘B’ ***
Requirements:
A B.E./B. Tech Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical and Electronics Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent grade in aggregate of all semesters/ years.

SBI PO Exam 2013/Result - Out Now

State Bank of India had taken written exam on 28th April 2013, to fill 1500 posts
 of probationary officers in its various branches across India. Where general 
category candidates can appear max. four times, General (PWD) 7,  OBC 7,
OBC (PWD) 7, while there is no restriction for SC/ST candidates.

 SBI PO selection procedure is divided in three steps - phase 1, phase 2, final selection.
 In phase one there  are two tests - (i) Objective Tests (200 marks, (ii) Descriptive Test
 (50 marks Phase-II: Group Discussion (20 marks) & Interview (30 marks)  
Final Selection: The candidates have to qualify both in Phase-I and Phase-II separately. 
The selection is made from the top merit ranked  candidates in each category.
The Probationary Officers are on probation of two years during which they are given intensive

Penalty for Wrong Answers
There will be a penalty for wrong answers marked in the Objective Tests. For each
question for which a wrong answer has been given by the candidate, one fourth (1
/4 ) of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted as penalty to arrive at
corrected score.
Candidate MUST pass in each Section separately and should also obtain minimum
marks in the aggregate to qualify for the interview. The minimum marks to be
obtained in each Section and in the aggregate shall be decided by LIC of India. The
marks obtained by the candidate in each Section and in the aggregate shall be
arrived at after deduction of the marks for wrong answers. Decision of the
Corporation in this regard shall be final and binding on the candidates. No
correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
Appearing in the online examination or mere pass in the online examination shall not
vest any right in a candidate to be called for Personal Interview.
